6 Months of Item Support from the purchase date (extendable to 12 months through ThemeForest).
Support Covers:
Theme installation & setup guidance
Theme features & functionality
Minor bug fixes related to our theme files
⚠️ Note: Users from Envato Elements are not eligible for item support.
🚫 What Support Does Not Include
Third-party plugin conflicts or compatibility
SEO, performance optimization, or marketing advice
Theme customization or custom feature development
Major layout redesigns or advanced coding support
