The Add Career section allows you to create and manage job postings on your website. You can define job roles, descriptions, working conditions, and additional details like salary, experience, and deadlines.

Creating a Career post allows you to list job openings on your website with details such as job title, location, experience, salary, and more. Follow the steps below to add a new career post.


Step 1: Access the Career Section

  1. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.

  2. From the left-hand menu, navigate to Careers → Add New.


Step 2: Enter Career Details

In the editor screen, fill in the basic details about the job:

Career Title

Enter the job position or title (e.g., Brand Strategist, Project Manager).

Career Mode

Select the type of employment — Full-time, Part-time, Internship, etc.

Location

Enter the job location (e.g., Japan, Remote, New York).

Career Type

Choose how the job is performed — On-site, Remote, or Hybrid.


Step 3: Add Career Features

The Career Features section helps you highlight specific details about the job.

Click “Add Feature” to include the following:

Set the last date for applications.

You can click Add Feature to include additional job information fields if needed.


Upload a featured image to visually represent the job post.

  • Click Set Featured Image on the right-hand side.

  • Recommended size: 800×600 px.

  • This image appears on both the career listings and single career pages.


Step 5: Assign Career Category

Organize your job listings into categories for better navigation.

  1. On the right-hand panel, locate Career Categories.

  2. Select an existing category (e.g., Design, Marketing) or click Add New Category to create one.


Step 6: Design the Career Page (Optional)

You can design the career page layout visually using Elementor.

  1. Save or publish your career post.

  2. Click the “Edit with Elementor” button at the top.

  3. Use Elementor widgets to style your layout — add descriptions, icons, team photos, or job application forms.

  4. Click Update to save the design.


Step 7: Publish the Career

Once all information is filled in:

  1. Review the career details.

  2. Click Publish to make the job listing live on your site.

  3. Use View Post to preview it on the front end.
